Company's number was given to me by my home warranty company . I called to see if they would be able to come out to my area before reaching back out to the warranty company to request service. Since I have not been able to get a company that is reputable .Even though this company has good reviews(or so it seems). But Because I have an … read more older unit that has had issues. They said they cant help cause they dont do replacements. So they dont replace air conditioners. Seems odd. You should give the Cinch warranty company a heads up that you do not work with them so they do give out your info. Thanks
